Customer Service is our top priority, NOT up-selling! ALD does not offer general or service plumbing services / repairs. We specialize in locating and repairing plumbing leaks with minimal damage as possible.

Job expectations for the position will mainly be repairing water line leaks in the yard, overhead re-routes, as well as sewer and below slab drain pipe repairs by tunneling or through slab. We also do work on commercial properties.

This is a full-time position with weekly SALARY pay plus monthly performance bonus pay. Pay listed is starting pay salary, not including monthly bonus. Our company also offers a variety of benefit packages from health insurance to retirement 401K with match. TRAVEL AREA is throughout the San Antonio and Austin plus surrounding areas in a company provided work truck. Work trucks are expected to be taken home daily.

Work Week: Monday - Friday; 9am - 5:00pm, some days 8am to 6pm depending on jobsite locations (outside of metro area)

Pay listed is starting pay and is commensurate with experience / competency-based pay. Additional monthly performance bonus pay.

Current Tradesman or Journeyman license is REQUIRED. Valid Texas Drivers License REQUIRED.

Work Experience Required

• Must have four years plumbing repair experience (not including service repairs). 
• Must have good customer service skills and good communication skills. 
• Work will be primarily in the San Antonio and surrounding area. 
• Candidates with the ability to problem solve and use field related software apps are highly desirable.

Duties will include:

ALD provides plumbing repairs to clients with leaks we have located during our electronic testing; we do not provide service plumbing. Some weekend/night jobs possible for commercial projects, on a volunteer basis with additional pay. Travel out of the metro area is likely.

• Domestic residential water supply line repairs and re-routes
• Below and above slab drain plumbing repairs
• Domestic supply main line yard repairs
• Sewer yard repairs and Drain Tunnel repairs
